I live it because I want to keep feeling that positive feeling I get every time I finish my workout, not to mention I can now keep up with my grandson.

In February of this year I went to work on Saturday morning and came home not feeling well. By Monday morning I was in the hospital. I had developed a blood clot and infection in my leg that prevented me from walking. While in the hospital, the first change I made was giving up smoking. During my month long recuperation filled with daily blood thinning shots I decided to make a lifestyle change. I needed to loose weight and gain back the strength in my legs.

Once I was back at home, I went out and purchased a Lifecycle® Exercise Bike. It was one of the best investments I ever made. The bike has helped me to gain strength and increase my endurance. I'm losing weight and my blood pressure has dropped 15 points! I live it because I want to keep feeling that positive feeling I get every time I finish my workout, not to mention I can now keep up with my grandson.
